Terrazza Annunziata is located at the gates of the historic center, about 600m from the P. Garibaldi station. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the house. It is a modern structure, particular for the private and common outdoor space, in front of the Basilica dell'Annunziata. It is a few minutes' walk from the Decumani, Underground Naples, San Gregorio Armeno and the Veiled Christ. Close to the port, from where ferries depart for the Islands, and about 200m from the Circumvesuviana to reach Pompeii and Sorrento. The space The fully renovated property has a common entrance that leads to 4 rooms. There is the possibility of having two connecting rooms. --The Porta Capuana room has a full kitchen, private bathroom with tub, private outdoor space and access to the terrace with shared gazebo. --The Porta Alba room has a private bathroom with shower, private outdoor space and access to the terrace with shared gazebo. --The Porta San Gennaro room has a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, private outdoor space and access to the terrace with shared gazebo. --The Porta Nolana room has a private bathroom with shower and does not have access to the terrace. Guest access Guests can access the common entrance, their rooms and the common terrace area where there is a gazebo, sitting area and rocking chair. Other things to note - Respect the environments granted - For those who prefer the use of air conditioning, there is an additional cost of 5 euros per day - For guests who want to arrive after 8:00 p.m., an additional 15 euros will be charged.
