The whole group will be comfortable yet cozy in this spacious property we have named the Cozy Compound! Located just 3 miles from downtown Fuquay Varina this property is fenced in with three detached buildings for your group to spread out and enjoy. Total of 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the game room. Kids indoor play area, pool table, darts and a poker table to keep all entertained. Outdoors you'll find 2 grills, a large covered firepit, corn hole boards and a horse shoe pit. The space Three different buildings on this property and you get to enjoy them all! Main House has a family room, fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a washer and dryer. Garage Building has kids playroom downstairs (not climate controlled) and upstairs you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, game room with pool table, darts, futon, two bedrooms, full bath and washer and dryer. 3rd Building is designated as a game room with half bath. Play,Stay or Both!!! Play poker, cards or board games, watch the 65” TV. Refrigerator provided so you don’t have to leave this space! Couch can convert to queen sleeping area. Outside you will have plenty of area to play. You will have access to both gas and charcoal grills (propane provided, not charcoal). There is a large, covered fire pit (wood provided) with seating, horse shoe pit and corn hole boards. Guest access You will be able to access all three buildings. Other things to note If we are able to accommodate your request for an Early check in or late check out, we are happy to do so! If you are requesting more than an hour on either end there will be an additional fee of $20 an hour.
