The space Our cozy apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, is located in a well-maintained apartment building and offers you a home with the following amenities: Balcony Start your day on the spacious balcony with a comfortable pull-out sofa facing the morning sun. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast. Thanks to the east-facing orientation, the apartment remains pleasantly temperate throughout the day without heating up. With the push of a button, the balcony can be completely darkened by an electric roller blind – ideal for hot days. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with modern, new electrical appliances: induction cooktop, microwave/oven combination, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Highlight: coffee machine and vacuum robot – for the little luxury in everyday life. Living and dining area The living and dining room invites you to relax with its pull-out couch, smart TV and soft lighting from a floor lamp and curtains. Bedroom Here you will find a comfortable bed with a flexible pull-out fly net, a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a full-length mirror. Blackout curtains and dimmable table lamps create a pleasant atmosphere. There is a wall heater for colder days. Child room The children's room has two separate beds, a spacious dresser and a mirror. Baths The bathroom offers a bathtub, a bidet, a window with daylight and a mirror cabinet. Various care products (e.g. sunscreen, perfume, shaving gel, hair care and styling products) are available. In addition to hand and bath towels, you will also find beach towels that you can use. Here, too, a wall heater provides cozy warmth. Building complex The building offers two elevators, a roof terrace for drying laundry. Surrounded by palm trees, the shared pool with three different depths (baby, non-swimmer and swimmer area) promises cooling and bathing fun for the whole family. An attentive lifeguard is on site during the season (until the end of September) and ensures safety. The green lawn in the outdoor area invites you to relax – perfect for sunny days, picnics or just to linger. You can park your vehicle in front of the house free of charge, or a garage is available on request. Arriving without a car? The bus stop right in front of the house offers a convenient connection from the airport to us every 2 hours. Other things to note Our Feiren accommodation is the perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds. Here is a tried and tested selection: The lagoons of La Mata and Torrevieja are a nature reserve where you can watch the birdlife and experience the unique phenomenon of pink water. There are hiking trails and viewpoints for visitors. La Zenia Boulevard is a large shopping mall with lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family. Benidorm is a lively holiday destination with many skyscrapers, long beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. Benidorm is known for its casinos and nightlife. Especially nice with children: The Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja offers water slides, pools and other attractions for all ages. The Rio Safari Moose is a safari park with many exotic animals such as lions, elephants, monkeys and giraffes. There are shows and activities for children (water slides). Dino Park Algar is a theme park that specializes in dinosaurs. Visitors can see life-size dinosaur models, enjoy interactive displays and activities, and visit the Dinosaur Museum. Children can take a ride on the dino train or play on the dino playground. The Reina Sofía Park in Guardamar del Segura is a large park with playgrounds, picnic areas and beautiful gardens. It is a popular place for relaxing and walking. Castillo de Guardamar is a castle located near Guardamar del Segura, perched on a hill and offering panoramic views of the coast and the surrounding area. There is also a park and a playground nearby.
