The space You will have the entire upper unit (two floors), the entire fenced yard and one garage bay. There are 2 parking spots in front of the garage as well as on street parking. There is a separate unit in the basement with a separate entrance, garage bay and yard area behind the garage. This tenant is also the caretaker and does all the yard work, snow removal, trash and any maintenance. While you may see him doing a few chores around the place he will generally keep away from your areas during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire main house (upper 2 floors), the garage bay closest to the house, the entire fenced yard, two parking spots in from of the garage.
