Modern, bright apartment in a new development overlooking a small lake. Please note daytime building work nearby (7am–4pm). Free parking and bus stop close by. Short walk to Asda, Costa, pub, chip shop, barbers, Chinese and Domino’s. You’ll have your own comfortable double bedroom and share the kitchen, living space and bathroom with me — a friendly, professional male who works from home and loves to travel and meet people from all over the world. I love to help people, so if you need directions or ideas for things to do, please let me know. For peace of mind, the apartment is fitted with fire doors and comes equipped with a fire blanket, and two fire extinguishers. Guest access Guests enjoy a private double bedroom, shared bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living area. As I work from home most days, I can easily check you in and out and can be quite flexible with times (subject to the previous guest check out time and time changing sheets). During your stay I enjoy meeting new people, especially fellow travellers. I’m usually around during the day, so if you ever need recommendations or assistance, I’m happy to help — while also giving you the space and privacy to enjoy your stay. Other things to note This is my home and you’ll be staying in a spare bedroom with shared access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Important to know: There is some ongoing construction work outside during the daytime, usually between 7am and 4pm. This is outside of my control, but hasn’t negatively affected any guests so far. Light daytime sleepers, night-shift workers, or guests who need quiet during the day should be aware. Evenings and nights are completely quiet.
