NOTE: When booking you must provide us with the names of all guests and car info, visitors are not allowed. All pets must be mentioned in the reservation. The space All bedrooms except the first one upstairs are for 4 people. There are only three bedrooms with a full bathroom inside, one of them has a shared bathroom. There is a completely closed area at the top, it must remain so, closed, please do not force or attempt to open it. Our kitchen is complete, it has everything you need, stove, conventional oven, microwave, air oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, place to keep food warm. The gate is closed by pressing a button that is on the first entrance door to the house and right here there is another button that regulates the lights of this same entrance. NO VISITORS. Guest access You have access to: the living room, parking, back garden, living room, kitchen, dining room, terrace, pool, first bedroom that is on this first floor, the stairs, game room under the stairs, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that are down here, the mini-golf course, the garden facing the ocean, and you can go up and down the back garden without any problem. What you should NOT open, enter and/or force that is not included in the rent of the place: The pantry, it is a door that is next to the kitchen which has a key, please do not force, it should not be opened. The master bedroom, which has 3 doors that are totally and completely closed, is on the upper floor. One door is lateral to the guest bathroom to which you have full access, but the door to the bedroom is secured. The second door is on the side of the living room, which is also secured, and the third door is on the side of the terrace, which is also secured. This bedroom must always remain closed, it is not included in your rent. The service door that is at the bottom around the stairs is only for the house staff. NOTE: In the total of your stay, only you are inside the property for your greater privacy and comfort. Absolutely no one other than yourself or house staff will enter unless you require us for something specific. Other things to note By regulation, for safety and to avoid any problems, when booking you must give the names of all guests and their ages please. Because there have been occasions when they tell us "we are 10" and 15 or 16 arrive and argue "they are children, they are minors". It has also happened to us that one day "Jose enters and goes to the beach, but Juan returns and Jose does not return, so Jose stays one day and Juan another day" and this is not allowed. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
