Welcome to Evergreen Acres Lodge! Large, modern log home with wrap around porches, nestled on a 20 acre wooded lot. Property includes walking paths, fire pit, pond, bonus game room, pool table and an outdoor salt water pool! We are located just a few miles outside of historic downtown Lancaster, Ohio but you will feel like you are in your own private country oasis! First floor: >Large open space with fully stocked kitchen, eat at island, dining area, bar, 2 living rooms, fireplace, full bath and laundry room. > Bedroom 1 Located on the first floor is a Spacious Master bedroom with king size memory foam mattress, walk-in closet and massive full master bath. Master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. >Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing delicious meals and snacks for your family and friends! Includes beautiful granite countertops and an island with four bar stools. Open concept dining area with 8 person dining table. > Living Space Two living rooms provide plenty of casual, comfy lounge space for guests to kick back and relax! The main living room includes a picturesque wooded view with a large sectional sofa and a huge 75 inch HD Samsung Smart T.V. that is perfect for a family movie night. A variety of board games are available for your family game night! Upstairs: > Loft area with T.V., Queen pull out couch and full bathroom. > Bedroom 2 includes spacious room with queen bed, as well as a twin and a full bed. > Bedroom 3 includes a full bed and twin bed with pop up twin trundle. Outdoors: Pick your spot for a little rest and relaxation! The home features wrap around porches with plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging or dining outdoors. A patio with fire pit sits next to the pond for you to enjoy a warm fire while listening to the frogs sing! A large 20x40 in ground salt water pool with diving board, deep and shallow end is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day! A bonus pool room is also available with full bathroom, pool table, workout space and lounge area! Gas grill is available for outdoor bbq’s. The property is surrounded by woods and provides a wonderfully private and serene environment! Enjoy taking walks through our evergreen forest while sneaking peeks of wildlife such as deer, fox and rabbits or sit back on the porch and enjoy the view. You will have access to the entire home (except owner’s storage space), bonus pool room (located in the pole barn), the pool, all outdoor seating areas and designated walking trails. I will be available via airbnb messaging for any questions or issues you may have during your stay. As a check-in/check-out reminder, I will send a message a week prior to your visit, the day of your visit and prior to check-out. We are 28 miles from Old Man’s Cave, 13 miles from Boch Hollow and only a few miles from downtown historic Lancaster, Ohio. You will need your own vehicle to get to and from Lancaster and surrounding area. The house sits approximately 400 ft off the road, up a long gravel driveway. Please Note: We do have a few chickens located in the barn. They are kept in their coop and run and we welcome a daily dose of chicken watching! They are hoot!
