Pool hours for guests: 8AM-6PM Pool hours for tenants: 8AM-10PM Closed every Tuesday for cleaning. 🏋️ Gym - for tenants only 🅿️ Parking - Paid parking for guests, free for tenants 🛝Playground - open for everyone Other things to note Hello! Please be informed that Pines Suites free parking is no longer available. Pines suites implemented a PHP400 paid parking to be purchased upon guest arrival. Although, we try to help guests avail cheaper parking options. This is upon reservation only and depending on availability. Free parking is only available for long term guests. Parking rates: Basement - PHP270 Offsite - PHP220 We also have a pet fee of PHP200 per pet. This have been set as our own policy for the extra effort that our caretakers have to do when guests have pets and to maintain the property as well. Please note that the pet fee included in Airbnb is good for 1 pet only. As a co-furparent, we hope you understand this. Thank you!
