Located just 1 block from the Atlantic and boardwalk, you can park and forget it—the city’s best dining and shops are steps away. With 4 parking spots (2 onsite/2 permits) and a private yard with a Weber grill and outdoor shower, it’s perfect for multi-family groups seeking a walkable, private beach escape. Summer stays are Friday-Friday; inquire for shorter stays. The space CasaCottage is engineered for group comfort. Unlike many beach rentals, our Cottage features two separate living areas, allowing your group to spread out. Whether the kids are enjoying a movie in one living room while the adults gather in the other, the layout ensures everyone has room to breathe. The Bedrooms (Sleeps 14) We have prioritized high-quality sleep with premium mattresses and flexible configurations: - Bedroom 1: Master suite with a Queen bed. - Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids/families with one Double bed and a Bunk bed (2 Singles). - Bedroom 3: Two Single beds. - Bedroom 4: Two Single beds (can be converted to a King upon request). Living Room 1: Features a sectional sofa with a premium Queen-sized pull-out mattress. Living Room 2: Includes a Full-sized futon, positioned to offer a high degree of privacy for additional guests. The Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals: - Appliances: Microwave, stove, oven, fridge, and toaster. - Essentials: Complete sets of dinnerware and ovenware. - Convenience: Full-size washer and dryer located right off the kitchen area. The "Parking Gold Mine" Parking is a premium in Rehoboth, and CasaCottage provides a rare setup to accommodate your entire group: - 2 Dedicated Onsite Spots - 2 Additional Street Parking Permits Seasonal Stay Requirements - Peak Season (May 15 – Sept 15): We primarily host weekly stays from Friday to Friday to help our guests avoid the heavy Saturday traffic. - Flexibility: If you are looking for a shorter stay during the summer, please reach out! Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home and all outdoor living spaces. Stress-Free Parking We know that parking in downtown Rehoboth can be a challenge, so we provide multiple options to ensure your group is covered: - On-Site Parking: Two (2) dedicated off-street parking spots are included with the house. - Street Parking Passes: During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we can provide two additional parking passes for street parking, giving you a total of four managed spots. - Off-Season: Outside of the summer window, street parking is plentiful and free throughout the neighborhood. Outdoor Amenities You will have full use of our premium Weber gas grill for family BBQs and our two private outdoor showers—the best way to transition from a day at the beach to a relaxing evening at home. Other things to note Linens & Towels: To ensure the highest standards of personal comfort, we provide all comforters, blankets, and pillows; however, guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels. Linen Rental Services: If you prefer to travel light, there are several excellent local services that provide high-quality linen and towel rentals delivered directly to the cottage.
