Rest for the weary! (catch and release from pond)

Nestled on 22 mostly wood acres, "Rest for the Weary" in South-Central Virginia is 30 minutes from Farmville, (location of Green Front Furniture), in Lunenburg County. We're 7 minutes from Southside Virginia Community College, and 15 minutes from Hampden/Sydney College, and only 9 minutes from the Waverly Estate, a wedding venue in Lunenburg County. We're about 30 minutes from VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital. The space "Rest for the Weary was competed in 2022, and is roughly 700 square ft. There is 1 queen size bed, a very spacious bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is spacious enough for 2 adults to work comfortably, and dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots and pans are supplied. The dining area has bar height table with seating for 4. The main sitting area has a leather sofa and love seat where you can comfortably watch the TV. All electrical outlets are child proof, and the TV is mounted on a shelf on the wall, out of reach of small children. The unit is connected to a back up generator. In the event that power to the unit is lost, power will automatically switch to the backup generator. Rest for the Weary is surrounded by trees, and plenty of wildlife, and you can walk the trail back to the Meherrin River. In the shared backyard there is a grill/fire pit combo. Also in the backyard each unit has a picnic table with umbrella. "Rest for the Weary" is very private, just 2 units. The single family home in front of the units is not accessible to guest. At night it is just you, the stars and the rest of nature. For stays that exceed 30 days, on day 30 an inspection of the property will be performed, to insure that the property is being well maintained. Guest access Guess have total access to their apartment, and all the land behind the apartment, to do all the exploring they wish. Guest also have access to the pond where they can catch and release the fish. The pond is stocked with blue gill, bass, and catfish. Unlimited internet on site. While there is plenty of data for business use, no streaming is allowed. Should guest choose to stream and the data limited is reached, the cost will be charged to the guest. Other things to note For guest that have an extended stay (over 28 days), an inspection is required. And if the inspection reveals that the unit needs cleaning, the guest will be charged $75 for this cleaning and is payable through AirBnB . This property is located in a rural area. There is no public transportation, neither are there any sidewalks. It is a peaceful country place with very little traffic, no traffic lights.
