Cozy rural guesthouse Peize

Welcome to our cozy rural guesthouse on the outskirts of Peize. Relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside, set off in the surrounding nature reserve De Onlanden or visit the cozy city of Groningen, which is just a stone's throw away. The entire single-story guest house has all the comforts. The space The living room with open kitchenette, dining area, comfortable sitting area equipped with smart TV has beautiful views of both the meadows and a spacious private garden. The cozy bedroom, which also overlooks the meadows, has a double bed (2x single electrically adjustable) and is also equipped with smart TV. Opposite the bedroom, you will find the modernly furnished bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The guest house is equipped with central heating and also has a cozy pellet stove. Of course, WiFi is available throughout the guest house and private garden. The detached guest house has its own entrance and is located at the rear of our plot, so you have enough privacy. The path from the parking lot on private property to the entrance of the guest house is barrier-free, and only at the entrance is a standard low threshold. There are no other thresholds in the guest house. The sheltered private garden facing south offers a beautiful view over the meadows (with occasionally a curious cow or a hare) and is partly lowered. In the garden you will find modern garden furniture including a parasol. Before arrival, you will receive a message from us with, among other things, the code of the key box. Upon arrival, there is coffee (Nespresso), tea and water in the fridge. Any groceries can be done at the local supermarket in the village (800m). There are several cozy restaurants and cafes in the village. Would you rather eat at home? Home delivery via e.g. home delivery is also possible (please indicate when ordering that it is for the AirBnB MEDE36). In the guesthouse you will also find a comprehensive manual and useful tips. Guest access The entire guest house and private garden are completely at your disposal. Other things to note On our private property, we live as a three-generation family together with two dogs named Banjer and Molly. Harmless and both as sweet as they are stubborn, the one small and just a little too brave, which they sometimes like to let you know. If there are any questions, we are of course ready for you!
