Cozy rural guesthouse Peize

Welcome to our cozy rural guesthouse on the outskirts of Peize. Relax and enjoy a wide view over the farmlands, go out in the surrounding nature reserve De Onlanden or visit the cozy city of Groningen, which is just a stone's throw away. The entire ground floor guest house is fully equipped. The space The living room with open kitchen, dining area, comfortable sitting area equipped with smart TV has beautiful views of both the meadows and a spacious private garden. The cozy bedroom, which also overlooks the meadows, has a double bed (2x single electrically adjustable) and is also equipped with smart TV. Opposite the bedroom you will find the modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The guest house is equipped with central heating and also has a cozy pellet stove. Of course, WiFi is available throughout the guest house and private garden. The detached guest house has its own entrance and is located at the rear of our plot, so you have enough privacy. The path from the parking lot on site to the entrance of the guest house is barrier-free and only at the entrance is a standard low sill. There are no thresholds in the guesthouse. The sheltered private south-facing garden offers a beautiful view over the meadows (with an occasional curious cow or rabbit) and is partly lowered. In the garden you will find modern garden furniture including parasol. Before arrival you will receive a message from us including the code of the key box. Upon entering there is coffee (Nespresso), tea and water available in the fridge. Any groceries you can do at the local supermarket in the village (800m). In the village there are several cozy restaurants and cafes. Prefer to eat at home? Home delivery via e.g. home delivery is also possible (please state when ordering that it is for the AirBnB MEDE36). In the guesthouse you will also find a comprehensive manual and useful tips. Guest access The entire guest house and private garden are at your complete disposal. Other things to note On our private property we live as a three generation family together with two dogs named Banjer and Molly. Harmless and both as sweet as being stubborn, the one small and just a little too brave what they sometimes like to hear. If there are any questions, we are of course ready for you!
