You have your own private room with private bathroom and shower. Paid washing machine/ Wifi is provided / Shared Kitchen has: hob, kettle and microware and basic cutleries. There is a communcal room. Colour of the bedding sheet may defer to the one in the photo Students resicence Size = 14 SQM - Double Bed 25 min to Oxcord Circus 10 min walk to Archway station Check in from 3pm. Checkout 10am. You need to be a student We require your email and a copy of your passport. Other things to note 1. You can access kitchen, Paid Laundry (need to buy laundry card), and the communal area with TV 2. Please note that you have to follow the residence rules. Residence management will have access to the room and might run occasional checks for maintenance or security purpose. 3. Please wash your own dishes and keep the kitchen tidy after using it. You can use all the cutleries and equipment in the kitchen. 4. Please remove the old stuff from the fridge. Smelly or old food will be removed from the fridge. 5. For WIFI: Please follow the instruction in the check in form, or ask the reception. 6. This is a students residence and there is 24 hours security camera at the entrance. 7. Week-day check in from 9am to 6pm = through reception 8. after hours and weekend check in = self check in (guide will be sent after you complete the registration form) 9. Room settings might be slightly different (different furniture arrangements in the rooms and different colours) 10. Please read the check in instruction before coming. :) 11. There is no cleaning during the stay.
