Get cozy and settle into this rustic space, close the curtains, light the log fire and chill to some music or maybe watch a film of your choice on Netflix. The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, Cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. The cabin as heating on at all times, but if you want that wow factor, light up the log fire and just relax. (If you have never lit a log burner we can show you how to do it) The space We love our furry friends but unfortunately we have a no dogs policy only because the next guest’s may have allergies. The Log Cabin is a different experience, summer or winter you will walk away with a smile. If it snows while staying in the log cabin it can be a magical place, looking through the french doors at the snow coming down and the log fire burning away can be so nice. If it's raining, the sound of the rain on the roof with the log fire burning away in the background can be equally as nice, on sunny days It is nice to sit outside and listen to the birds singing. If you're like your cycling, mountain biking, walking, visiting Industrial museums & Castles, or just fancy something a little different, you will love this space. Close by you can have drink and a meal at a country pub, with a forest five minutes walk away its a great way to stretch them legs to work up a thirst ready for the night in front of the fire. Blaenavon is a World Heritage town with lots of industrial history, In the town we have a mining museum called Big Pit where you can go down underground to see how the Men, Women and young children of Blaenavon worked many years ago. We also have Blaenavon Iron Works, please search up ( Big Pit & Blaenavon Iron Works ) Blaenavon has their own small railway and certain times of the year they use the Steam Engine which is great experience. We are on the edge of the Brecon Beacons where we have the best views and walks in the UK. The old town of Abergaveny market is just down the road with all sorts of restaurants, cafes, Pubs and shops. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco, beer and fire logs. No Fireworks allowed, only sparklers. Other things to note If our guests would like us to do a food shop or anything else which makes there stay more enjoyable, please feel free to ask. We are very flexible and will go out of our way to help you have a nice time. Fire wood will be free & there will be a complimentary bottle of Rose’ and beer in the fridge for the guests. King size mattress bed is accessed up a ladder/stairs to the mezzanine area. The other two beds are Cozy bunk Beds. There is a 1 meter drop at the edge of the garden, this is why we don’t recommend children under 12, but this is entirely up to the guests to decide.Other things to note Check in is after 2pm up to 10pm, and check out by 11 am please, this will give us enough time to clean the room properly before next guests arrive. Included in your stay will be clean bed linen, towels, and 1st day essentials, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are supplied. Regarding clothing, there is very limited space for storage of clothing if four guests are staying. If three or less are staying you can use one of the beds to store your clothing, so we suggest you travel light.
