Close to Lakes, Forest and town

Our house has a rumpus area and large living space as well as 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite and a study with fold out ecosa sofa. It’s a 8 minute drive to the Blue lake, 4minute drive to the redwoods, and 10minute drive to town. You can walk out the gate onto puketawhero park! There’s so much to do in Rotorua from mountain biking to lake/bush walks and swims, huge tourist attractions; Te Puia, Skyline gondolas and luging, redwoods treetops walk, canopy tours zip-lining, zorb and much more The space Nice fully-fenced family friendly home on a big section, close to playgrounds and next door to the park with off street parking. There is a jungle gym out the front and outdoor play house on the other side. Large spacious living rooms and kitchen. With a Californian king, 2x queen, and a sofa bed there’s enough room for 7 adults. The third bedroom has a sofa bed in a study with 2 desks and workspaces. There is a board game cupboard off the play room with puzzles and games. Guest access The whole home can be accessed except for the big shed. Other things to note There is 1 TVs in the play room and a small projector in the living room, both have chromecast. There is no regular tv channels unless you stream them from your phone or computer etc using tvnz websites. There’s plenty of boardgames for adults and books/toys for little kids.
