Welcome to our cosy flat 'Allegria 1978' in Saas in Praettigau. The retro alpine interiors match the year the house was built in 1978. After coming to the area Kloster/Davos since we were small children we believe that you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. The alpine and cross country skiing, ice skating and sledging in the Klosters/Davos mountains are exceptional. In the summer you can choose from hiking, biking, swimming or take a mountain scooter from Madrisa directly into Saas! The space From the large, comfortable living room with mountain view you have access to the sunny balcony. The dining kitchen is very modern and offers plenty of seating space. It has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed (180cmx200cm) and one with two single beds and mountain view. Our bathroom is equipped with a double sink, plenty of storage space, shower and toilet. In the entrance area of the communal staircase there is a rack for ski boots and a ski room. We have one parking space in the garage. For additional vehicles, the public car park at the village shop (Volg) offers long-term parking (approx. 40.- SFr. /week). Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself. The washer/drier, ski and boot storage and the outdoor BBQ are communal. Other things to note Important information mandatory tourist tax (guest card): The tourist tax is currently CHF 5.50 per night (children up to 12 years are free of charge). This tourist tax is not included in the Airbnb price. This tax is due on departure in cash. Advantages of the guest card can be found on the official website of Davos Klosters Tourismus (unfortunately Airbnb does not allow linking). The most important advantage is that it gives you free access to the local buses and trains.
