Ocean Key 2br sleeps 6 with an Oceanview Balcony!

2 Bedroom Unit sleeps 6 people with oceanview balcony. Kitchen & living room. Linens included & shower & pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Resort will supply starter of toilet paper & unit is fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc. There is a flattop/stovetop with burners but no oven. Resort is across the street from the beach and has a restaurant attached to the resort! Laundry facilities in the resort. Units by Date: 7/19-26/24-4th floor The space Floorplan is the 2br layout without the balcony but this unit has an oceanview balcony on it. Some of their 2brs have balconies and others do not but this UNIT DOES!! Floorplan also shows kitchenette as it is a compact kitchen/cooking area, but they have updated them so there is a full size fridge in all units, not a waist high one! Includes 1 free parking spot. There are 2 bathrooms in this unit but the 2nd bathroom does not have a toilet, only a bathtub and sink. Please note, these are Timeshare units. The Resort will provide pool and shower towels, linens and pillows but As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY OF THE TIMESHARE RESORTS. THE RESORT WILL ALLOW LEGITIMATE SERVICE ANIMALS BUT NOT EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $100 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. Resort has their own rules and regulations they will give you at checkin. These units have a full size refrigerator! YOU ARE NEVER REQUIRED TO TAKE A TIMESHARE TOUR OR DO A TIMESHARE PRESENATION WHEN YOU ARE RENTING AN OWNERS UNIT. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. Must be 21 or older to rent at this resort! Other things to note Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation. Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Ocean Key Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned.
