Main bedroom has an ensuite & walk in robe, the 2nd bedroom has a built in robe. 1 x queen bed 2 x long single beds The full size second bathroom has a soaking tub. Split system air conditioner in living room and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Your own laundry with washing machine and dryer. We offer secure parking for 1 car (Max height 1.95m, will fit standard SUV) and outdoor visitor parking for a second car, if available. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTION - Guests must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do make some exceptions to the right guests. If you are under the age of 25 and would like to request a booking, we will need to seek the approval of the owners. *** We do not allow parties or loud noise after 9pm, this property is professionally monitored for high decibel levels of sound.
