Your private suite is located in the village of Monarch Grove, south of CR 44 and the Florida turnpike, and you can enjoy use of most of the house, including LR, DR, Kit, Porch and Lanai for no extra charge. Guest passes are provided to allow you to join most of The Villages recreation activities. ** PLEASE NOTE that we have 2 cats, but they are not allowed in your guest suite. The space My home is located in south of The Villages, Florida in the new Village of Monarch Grove. Front porch, back lanai, private suite, spacious kitchen, no stairs, washer/dryer. For security, we have an outside camera that will capture movement at the front do Guest access Access to all recreation centers, including the closest Swallowtail Recreation Center adult swimming pool, Riverbend rec center for billiards, games, firepit, and Everglades rec center located near the shopping center on Warm Springs road. During your stay You are welcome to text me for answers. Other things to note Guest passes will be waiting for you when you arrive if you arrive during week days. The Villages gives passes out Monday-Friday during working hours.
