The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Our neighborhood is very safe with community cameras around the area. The space The cozy and modern furnished house has 3 bedrooms, a lage kitchen, dining and living room area with direct access to the garden. In addition to high-speed internet (100mb fibre), the house has its own solar power system, which ensures a basic power supply even during load-shedding. Modem and router also have an additional battery. Two of the rooms are equipped with a workstation each. In this house you can not only experience a relaxing holiday with lots of privacy in a quiet garden and countless excursion possibilities, but also have the opportunity for mobile work at the two equipped workstations. All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with thick curtains or roller blinds to darken the room. Parking There is parking in the drive way or off street parking for your vehicles. Notes: The battery of the solar system ensures a basic power supply for lights, sockets, internet and TV. Appliances that consume a lot of electricity, such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, kettles, toasters or vacuum cleaners cannot be operated even during load shedding.
