You are a short 10 minute walk to DT Golden where you can enjoy great restaurants, parks, shopping and breweries. The Coors brewery and many great trailheads are walking distance from the condo and The School of Mines and Red Rocks are close as well! The space The bedroom has a KING bed with a Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has two comfy couches (one is a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm.
