The space Room 3 Superior "Horizon" is a superb, bright and comfortable room in the Villa Patton co-living area. You'll appreciate the comfort and quality of your 140x200 bed with a 30 cm "hotel quality" mattress for restful nights (with memory foam mattress topper), - ample storage space in the large wardrobe with hanging space and storage shelves. - High-speed RJ45 fibre internet directly in the room + free WIFI - your own home office space with a comfortable office chair. - a 32-inch / 80 cm smart TV screen (with Molotov included) - spacious wardrobe with mirror - sockets with USB chargers - double-glazed window and roller shutters overlooking the garden - household linen, towels & sheets provided Guest access You will have access to the communal areas of the co-living area: - 1 large, fully-equipped family kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, 3 fridges/freezers with private sections, private storage, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine with pods and everything you need to cook and eat in the best conditions. - A large teleworking / co-working / chill out area with relaxation zone & games table (table football, table tennis, etc.) board games, card games, books, comics, maps, tourist and cultural information. - Access to a large covered outdoor terrace with table & chairs and garden furniture / relaxation area. - 3 bright, comfortable shower rooms with heated towel rails and hairdryers. - 3 toilets - Full laundry facilities: 2 x washing machines & 2 x tumble dryers; iron + ironing board and drying racks During your stay Our team is on-site during the day to warmly welcome you and will remain available by phone or messages if needed. :) Other things to note The + of the Villa : o Free parking (42 spaces) in front of the Villa all around the square. o Professional cleaning o Railway station 5 minutes' walk away (Connections to Luxembourg & Thionville) o Bus stop in front of the Villa (at the foot of the building) / Connections to Luxembourg Kirchberg & Thionville o Shops and restaurants: All shops and services nearby (4 supermarkets Norma, Lidl, Carrefour and Match), bakeries, restaurants, post office, banks, chemists, hairdressers, florists, etc.) o La Villa is an entirely non-smoking area, and smoking is possible on the terrace or outside. o Security: carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguishers. There are 2 active security cameras outside: one at the entrance to the accommodation and one at the rear of the Villa in the outside gardens. 2 interior cameras are active in the basement, in the communal laundry area and in the garage. The town of Hettange Grande is very pleasant and well distributed: 396 free parking spaces at the train station, a 7-minute walk away. Sports clubs offering activities throughout the week : A host of local sports clubs (Aikido, football, Karate, Skate, Judo, Dance, Badminston, Handball, Tennis, Ju-Jistsu, Volley club, etc.). In addition to road access, the Villa Patton is located next to the train station, which links Luxembourg city in 21 minutes (36 times a day), and the direct bus to the business districts (Kirchberg) is at the foot of the Villa.
