Brand new, spacious & only 5 minutes from the Main Street in Torquay, SeaChange Studio is a perfect coastal getaway in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The space SeaChange Studio is an attached guest suite to a newly built family home. It has its own seperate entry & amenities. The Space is open & bright with high ceilings & polished concrete floors. It consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 32” smart tv, a kitchenette with coffee machine, Microwave, a lounge room with 55” smart tv and a private bathroom. Furnished with brand new boho-contemporary furniture & art and quality linen. Guest access Guests have access to a private bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with seperate toilet, private lounge room with smart tv, private dining room and private kitchenette with coffee machine, sink, fridge and microwave. All ares accessed through private entrance from the shared driveway. Other things to note SeaChange Studio is a seperate area of our house with a private entrance from a shared driveway. It is separated from our house internally by two locked doors. We have kids (7 and 9) and you will likely hear general noise from our family home during your stay and vice versa; however this is usually minimal and our kids are in bed by 8pm. Quiet time is preferably 9pm. We have a strict no pets and no visitors policy. We aim to make your stay enjoyable please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you. Similarly if you require anything extra during your stay please message us and we will do our best to provide. We can help you with lots of local information, best beaches cafes restaurants etc. For those that surf or just like the beach we have lots of local knowledge to help get you to the best conditions, tides etc. Access to the front yard, deck areas and spa is not part of SeaChange Studio and you will find our kids running around in those areas. Wifi is not available however the smart tv’s in lounge room and bedroom are hard wired to our home internet for your use. Streaming services include Netflix, Stan, Amazon prime, kayo, YouTube etc and you will need to login with your own account, please do not forget to sign out before you depart. The house is designed as passive solar and has no air con, but we have portable fans (please message us) which we find are only really needed on 35 degree+ days but if blinds kept closed the space stays cool. In the cooler months the concrete floors are beautifully heated and gas hydronic heating panels are provided in the bedroom and bathroom. Finally we have a strict no smoking policy at SeaChange Studio. We aim to create a peaceful and relaxed environment for our guests to recharge and explore the Surfcoast 😊
