This private suite of rooms in one of East Hanney's historic houses is an ideal base for a visit to the area. A double bedroom is linked to a further double room above via a secret staircase. Both bedrooms look out onto East Hanney's village green and the rear of the house has views over a spacious and private garden. A private shower room and large living room complete the accommodation. The space Access is gained through the main door to the property at the rear of the house. All rooms are located at one end of the property, separate from the hosts living accommodation. A large bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, with a further double room above linked by a secret staircase. The private shower room is also on the ground floor next to the double bedroom. A large living room completes the accommodation, with Sky TV, a piano , games and jigsaws. Guest access The bedrooms, shower room and living room are all dedicated spaces. Breakfast will be laid out in the shared dining room at a time agreed when checking in. During your stay I like to welcome my guests in person whenever possible and provide a key safe with instructions about accessing the accommodation when it is not. The Airbnb app offers an excellent means of messaging both before and during guests' stay. Other things to note Parking is free and plentiful. Electric car charging is available on a low overnight tariff, charged at cost. Central heating, WiFi, off-road parking, and Sky TV compliment this traditional space, making it an ideal choice for work or vacation. The property is perfect for families, having interconnecting bedrooms, dedicated living room and shower room, all at one end of the house. Travel cots and high chairs are always available. The house has its origins in the 17th centuary. The accommodation is rustic rather than state of the art.
