The space Eagles rest grounds are 1000 m2 of fully fenced, secure, flat accessible land. Highlights: All round foodies adventure both onsite and off. onsite- picking seasonal fruits such as many berry types including strawberries, fruit trees, cherries, apricots, plums, apples, rhubarb, kiwi fruit avocados, olives, blue berries, vegetables & herbs & relax in the manicured gardens or on the deck area or catch some sun on the day bed, or by the fire pit on a cooler evening, enjoy a home cooked stone & fire pizza, or maybe your favorite cut of meat in the smoker. All bedrooms are self-contained with robes, our beds are dressed in high-quality cotton to maintain a soft feel for a longer time. Our linens are hypoallergenic, and we use pillow protectors to keep germs away from the bedding. We feature a Honeymoon suit master bedroom, lux full wool double underlay carpet, with his & her robes, en suite with bath & large shower, led mood lighting, bi folding doors opening out to a fully enclosed lush tropical style pond and garden. The other gardens are full of various flowering plants trees and shrubs, 15 ton of Granite, mined from Hill-view quarry in Dromana has been hand crafted into the many landscape features and rusted steel handmade commission from artist John Barclay are dotted throughout the landscape. This property is one of a kind just waiting to be appreciated and enjoyed. Offsite-Easy walk to lake Glen Maggie no more than 200 m. Many various wineries, local markets and restaurants adorn the local area short drive from Eagles rest. Guest access All the main home including 4 bedrooms, grounds & carport. Kids retreat with lounge & 2 bedrooms separate to home. Other things to note Please note bed 3 & 4 of the main home, see the attached photos which have one door to close off area not a door therebetween but a wall for privacy only. In the separate kids retreat, one bedroom has a door the other is only separated by a wall for privacy also, please see photos.
