The space Hickory Hill is a newly custom designed cabin with luxury furnishings. The home is decorated to promote a relaxing and comfortable environment. This cabin has (3 Beds) 2 bedrooms and will sleep 6. *Bedroom #1 King Bed in the Master *Bedroom #2 Two Full Size Beds in second bedroom This property has a sister property with in walking distance that can be rented for additional family and friends that will accommodate up to 10 guests. The main living room adjoins the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and a custom built kitchen. The 2 sets of French doors lead on to the wrap around deck where you can enjoy lounging & dining. The deck has a propane grill, patio furniture with fire table and plenty of seating for visiting. Please note the front door is located on the north side of the house on the deck. The house is not wheelchair accessible. This house has high speed internet, with a 65" TV for streaming your favorite shows. The house is stocked with puzzles, board games, outdoor Jenga & Corn hole. There are two parking spaces available in the private driveway. The public road can not be blocked. The driveway is gravel/dirt. Take care, low profile vehicles. No pets please. No events or parties. No fireworks allowed as this is a heavily wooded area. The property is monitored with a security cameras/locations of cameras in the house rules & other info. The property boasts beautiful trees, wonderful scenic areas, it's a magical place to get back to nature. We love to share this retreat with others, and want your stay to be amazing so feel free to reach out with any questions! Other things to note The house is stocked with the necessities, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels/toilet paper & some spices. Just bring your food and beverages. Bring your charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. Please understand, we are located in a heavily wooded and mountainous area. You might see or encounter wildlife or the occasional stray dog or cat while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon,skunk, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
