The space The 2-bedroom apartment includes the following amenities: 1. High speed internet (Wi-Fi) 2. AC in one bedroom, 2nd bedroom is non-AC. 3. Hot water 4. Smart TV 5. Kitchenette 6. Free parking * Bedrooms: The first bedroom has air conditioning, while the second does not. Both have queen-sized beds with a balcony as a sit-out area and a generously sized wardrobe. *Living room: The living room has a dining table for 4, a smart TV, and a sofa bed. *Kitchenette: The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, kettle, induction cooktop, microwave, a cooker, frying pans, pots, and dishware and cutlery. (Note: No gas stove or full kitchen setup.) *Washrooms: The bathroom has a geyser for hot water, an overhead shower, and western toilets. NOTE: *No power backup, no full kitchen setup and no water purifier. (Tap water is potable) * Guest access • Guests have full access to the apartment, and on-site parking. Furthermore, there's a free street parking for added convenience. • Marcel is a town situated close by, accessible within 15 minutes by foot or a 3-minute drive. The town offers a variety of dining options, including restaurants and cafes, a fish market, a supermarket, and other stores for shopping. There is even a cinema hall. Moreover, Marcel is renowned as the temple town of Goa, home to notable temples such as Shree Devki Krishna Ravalnath Devasthan and Shree Mahaganpati Temple, among others. • A local bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, providing direct transportation to Panjim and Ponda. The main Marcel bus stand offers additional travel options. • Conveniently located within walking distance are a vegetable and fruit vendor, and general stores. Other things to note The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. (No lift) Rental car: A rental car with a driver can be arranged upon request. *Late-night check-ins are not possible. * Pets are not permitted (including service animals).
