Every bedroom, living area and outdoor porch has remote controlled ceiling fans for temperature comfort. This house is a quick drive to the westend of Richmond, eastend of Richmond, downtown Richmond and across the James River to the southside of Richmond. 40 mins from Williamsburg, 2 hours from Washington DC, 1 and a half hours from Charlottesville. 20 mins from Richmond International Airport. House wifi has the highest speed available through Xfinity. All tv's are smart and have 185 channels plus sports package through Xfinity Comcast Cable. No video gaming allowed on any house TV's. All pets (dogs) must be on a regular liquid flea treatment program. Flea collars will not be accepted. We need to know the type of dog, weight and gender (for gifts and treats for your dog). *********NOTIFY THE HOMEOWNER IF BRINGING A PET THERE IS A $50 PET FEE THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE PETS CAN ENTER THE PROPERTY!!!!!
