You will have a comfortable Queen room with your own bathroom in a clean, friendly, relaxed environment. The space Kilmoylan is recently refurbished, tidy and clean with off-street parking. The guest room provides a Queen size bed and a wardrobe. Bedside lighting and easy access to a private guest shower and WC. Located just a few steps from the beach it's tempting to linger a little and take a morning stroll along the beachfront to encounter a few of the friendly locals. Guest access As Kilmoylan is essentially a BnB rather than a 'holiday let' guests mostly use their room and of course the dining and deck area. Your host Heather and her canine companion will be on hand to serve breakfast. During your stay I serve breakfast to my guests and am available for any information they might require. Other things to note Wifi is available and endless advice on the delights of the Hawke's Bay region should it be required.
