Hot tub available during the warmer months (generally May-October) our hot tub is set up outside with a view of the lake. ✅Bring your best friend(s) 🐶 The space Unless you’re booking for Graduation Weekend* you’ll be in the top-half our our duplex home, with your own private entrance and keypad. My son will likely be home or just across the street, helping care for our elderly Great/Grandparents. If you have any questions, you can text us. You’ll have full use of the driveway, a plug if you have an electric vehicle, hot tub (ONLY when it is consistently >40 degrees F), fenced in yard, keypad entry, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, 2nd story lanai, yoga mat, and light hand weights. If you need to do laundry, just ask! Guest access Entire upstairs of a 2-story duplex. Access to swim is in front of the red A-Frame house 2 doors down, or the Public Boat Ramp is less than a mile away, with excellent fishing! And yes, I do have a canoe + paddles on an adjacent property you could borrow. The hot tub is available seasonally, depending on air temperature. Other things to note Lake access directly across the street is restricted; however, my family lives 1 property over on the Lake Side. Please contact me to discuss borrowing a canoe, kayak, or SUP!
