Clean & quiet home. Queen bed in cozy bedroom for solo travelers. 7 miles to cruise ships. 9 miles from Kennedy Space Ctr. 37 miles from MCO airport. 10-15 minutes to beaches. There are restaurants, stores, and gyms within a few minutes walk. Perfect location for those going on cruises or visiting Kennedy Space Center. Check in is in person from 4-10 pm. Please read house rules regarding check in. I do my best as far as early, or late check in or out. When possible I’ll offer at $15 an hour. The space I have mostly raised my 5 children here. Ours was the home where the kids would gather. I’d often wake up to multiple kids sleeping on the sofa. When it comes to opening my home to Airbnb guests it felt very natural. My passion is travel. The room is for one person. Queen sized bed. This is a small, yet comfortable bedroom. The perfect place to get some rest before or after a cruise, or if you’re working in the area. Shared full bathroom, 10 steps down the hall. Shared kitchen. Guest access Open to early or late check in or out (when possible) at a rate of $15 an hour. You can always book night prior to assure early check in. I do that when traveling when necessary. You are welcome to use kitchen. If you need any help finding anything just ask. I’m happy to help. Entrance is through front door, shared by all. Room has lock & key. There is parking either on our driveway or directly in front of home. It’s not a problem to park. Backyard is reserved for dogs. During your stay I respect your privacy and will be available as much or as little as suits you. I’m always available by Airbnb messaging. I don’t check voice messages or texts as quickly as I respond to Airbnb messaging. Other things to note Parking is either on driveway or directly in front of home on street. There are no issues regarding lack of places to park. There may be other Airbnb guests in separate room. Check in 4-10. Check out is 11am. My son and fiancé co-host sometimes. My dogs are always in my company and aren’t allowed in guests rooms. Early or late check in or out might be possible at times. $15 an hour.
