Each space is beautifully designed and full of character for a memorable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite. The furnace room has a separate door located adjacent the suite’s entrance door which will always be locked- for host’s access only. Other things to note ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE ON THE PROPERTY for safety and insurance purposes. We take into consideration the exact number of guests listed when the initial booking request is made. NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES NO GATHERING ARE PERMITTED. Other things to note • The unit does not have Air Conditioning. • The unit has two windows for naturally lights • There are security cameras on the exterior of the house for everyone’s safety and to monitor weather conditions. • There are no cameras or monitoring devices inside the the unit • This place is NOT wheel chair accessible. • The suite is on a lower level with steps • This suite has not been child-proofed and is not suitable for children.
