House is conveniently located to: GLEF, Traverse City, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, golf courses & vineyards The space Space for everyone with our open floor plan includes newly furnished living room with large smart TV, cozy sitting room by our front door, large dining room w/ ample seating, private study w/ doors for a quiet workspace, and renovated kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed as well as a sitting area with a double futon. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds. The third floor is a loft area with 4 twin beds and TV area with single futon, giving additional sleeping options or just an area for kids to hang out. One full bathroom is on 1st floor with a tub/shower. The other full bathroom is on the second floor and was newly remodeled with a rain shower head. 1/2 bath is on the 3rd floor. Guest access You will have full access to our home other than several locked closets that store extra linens and towels. Other things to note If you are an equestrian, you can't find a better location for the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival held in June, July, August and September. An easy 15 minute drive will get you to the show with no traffic!
