The main home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths for your comfort. you will find King accommodating in the Primary bedroom. In the second bedroom there is Queen size bunk beds with a pull out full size trundle bed accommodating. This room will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Pull out sofa. Walk right out the front door to an expansive pool patio featuring a saltwater heated pool, outdoor kitchen and plenty of furniture for spending time soaking in the Florida sun! Pool Heat is available for an additional fee when requested. The home is Wi-Fi enabled with cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. After a hard day of play, a glass of Merlot on the screened lanai is the perfect ending. The illumination of the space creates a sense of enchantment as you are lulled by the soothing sounds of the ocean. With a private entrance, the Casita offers a comfortable living space. Equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, television, small refrigerator and microwave; this provides well for guests or adult children. The home is located on a private lane with private beach access directly across the street. For further adventure, less than a half mile walk or bike ride, to the pristine waters of Englewood Beach. Directly across from the Beach you will find dining and entertainment options at the Lock N Key, Sandbar Tiki, Waverly and the White Elephant. Two bicycles provided for your convenience. This is the ideal setting in that it is private, yet close to everything. The home is located on a private lane with private beach access directly across the street. For further adventure, less than a half mile walk or bike ride, to the pristine waters of Englewood Beach. Directly across from the Beach you will find dining and entertainment options at the Lock N Key, Sandbar Tiki, Waverly and the White Elephant. Two bicycles provided for your convenience. This is the ideal setting in that it is private, yet close to everything. Pool Heat is available for an additional fee when requested. Pool heat is $20 a night please request for heat to be turned on prior to arrival. Pool heat will take longer than 48 hours to reach desired temperature. Please use cover when pool is not in use. This will help maintain temperature at night for the heat is only on when pump is. Guest access The entire home is yours to use exclusively. Bring the poles because the fishing is world renown. Beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer on site so you can head home with clean laundry. Fire up the propane grill and prepare today's catch for the family. Dedicated beach access just across Beach Rd. Down a quiet path, adjacent to the condos, to the wooden stairs. Such a short stroll you will be able to carry the chairs and cooler with ease. Other things to note The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. . $50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. Four bicycles are provided with home and are stored in the shed. There too is a cute shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips. This information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home. Pet addendum and a Non-Refundable $300 Pet Fee will follow for those with their 4 legged companions in tow. *Waiver must be signed for use of the golf cart. Golf cart is free to use but a deposit will be collected before check in and returned after checkout. Please note that the golf cart is a complimentary (no extra charge) feature of this listing and not including in the daily house rate. Therefore, no refunds will be issued if the golf cart is unavailable (due to scheduled maintenance or, repairs) during a booked stay.
