The unit is fitted with a 1.5 HP split-type air conditioner to keep the space cool and refreshing. The cozy bedroom faces the morning sun, giving you a cheerful, natural wake-up each day. Enjoy a 43” High-Definition Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube for your entertainment, plus high-speed internet great for work-from-home or streaming. A fully equipped kitchenette with basic cookware, latest digital induction cooker, dinnerware, and other essentials is provided for your convenience. For a restful night’s sleep, we’ve upgraded the bed with a new European topper cushion on a comfortable queen-size (60” x 75”) spring mattress. A pull-out bed is also available to accommodate additional guests. The full blackout curtains ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. Freshly washed, hotel-quality linens, including our soft white duvet cover, are replaced after every check-out for your comfort and hygiene. The living area features a newly refurbished sofa bed, offering extra comfort for lounging or sleeping. Overall, the unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. After each stay, we perform a thorough deep cleaning and full disinfection of the entire unit, from wall to wall, to provide a safe, sanitized, and worry-free home-like stay. To welcome you, we provide complimentary sealed bottled water, and coffee or tea upon arrival. Guest access For long term stay of 28 nights or more, we can provide complimentary use of swimming pool and gym for your daily exercise and physical work-out. Pls advise us in advance upon booking for this request so that we can prepare accordingly. For use of swimming pool, pls note that standard rate is Php150 per guest per day for regular days, and Php300 per guest per day for Holidays. Operating hours are 6:00 am to 10 pm daily. The swimming pool is available ONLY for owners, registered tenants & pre-approved guests. Other things to note We shall greatly appreciate that you advise us in advance and register any additional guests for a safe and secured stay, and to avoid any inconveniences.
