Beautiful 5 bedroom home by the Beach

This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain. The space This Beautiful large Holiday Home consists of three floors. The ground floor offers a large fully fitted kitchen/diner and utility room with patio doors leading out to the garden. There is a twin room and a wash room leading off the hallway. The first floor has a large living room with 2 large corner sofas, dining table and sea view balcony, leading into a sun room with patio doors out to the hot tub on a roof garden. There is also a double bedroom on this level looking out to the garden. The top floors first bedroom is a king size room with sea view balcony, second bedroom has a king size bed and single bed with en-suit and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. Other things to note For stays shorter than 4 nights, we provide the bed linen and towels but do not make the beds up. Hot tub can not be guaranteed for 1 night stays
