Bed & Business is located in the heart of Toulouse, in the sumptuous Carmes district. The residence is classified as a "Bâtiment de France". Recently renovated with taste by Vanessa & her family; it is fully equipped and furnished to best meet your needs and will therefore be ideal for your business trips and/or Toulouse getaway. The location of the accommodation is perfect for accessing all amenities in no time! The space This studio is functionally arranged: The separate bathroom with a door to the living space has a large bathtub to relax after long days of work and/or visits, a sink with storage spaces, a towel dryer & hair dryer as well as toilets. The living room is equipped with a sofa, carefully chosen, for optimal seating comfort but also in "night mode". An adjustable coffee table will allow you to eat comfortably in front of the news and/or your favorite movies (43" smart TV) The wardrobe will be a plus, so you don't have to keep your clothes in your suitcase and thus feel a little more at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave, dishes and everything you need to cook good dishes, top refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine. Linen is provided & included in the nightly price as well as some essentials for arrival (not unlimited) such as salt/pepper, sugar, tea, coffee pods & shower gel. The apartment is located on the ground floor 20 meters from the Carmes metro station. It is possible to park a motorcycle in the inner courtyard or 1 to 2 bicycles. Guest access The accommodation is fully at your disposal. The keys are to be collected from a mailbox at 3 Rue Bayard ("Jeanne d'Arc" metro station: convenient for going by metro to the station accommodation or with the airport shuttle) or by hand according to what will be agreed beforehand. The apartment window overlooks the inner courtyard of the condominium :) The apartment is on the ground floor! Just go down two small steps at the entrance of the accommodation to access it, but it is accessible without too much effort, which is really a plus with suitcases! Other things to note The linen included in the nightly price is as follows: - > 2 pillowcases, 1 fitted sheet & a duvet cover. - > 1 or 2 bath towels depending on the number of guests & a bath mat. -> 1 dish towel.
