Enjoy the off-site "Adventure Shed" bikes and kayaks to use at Peninsula State Park or surrounding areas. We have a grill, coolers and games! Located just steps from Peninsula State Park, Sandy Fish Creek public beach, & the best local restaurants. Kid & dog friendly. *Please read description in full before booking* The space Things to know before you book: -Must be 26 years of age to book. -The pet fee is $35/night per dog. Dogs must be approved. -A signed rental agreement is required. -$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit HOLD is required. This is collected outside of Airbnb and is allowed, as we are API integrated. -Although we try to be as accommodating as possible, being a small business and self-managing our listing means we are not able to bear the burden of last minute cancelations and will adhere to our cancellation policy. With its shared in-ground heated swimming pool, 2 cozy bedrooms, full kitchen, and amenities like high-speed internet and whirlpool tub/shower, it ensures a comfortable stay. The cottage is equipped with 3 Roku TVs and excellent internet for remote work, web surfing, or streaming. Its prime location allows easy access to Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek public beach, and local restaurants. Families with kids and dogs are welcome to enjoy the outdoor activities available, including kayaking, biking, fishing, and more. The cottage provides sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and 2 kids, with two queen-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a pack 'n play for the little ones. Please note that the space is not suitable for 6 adults due to its compact size. This is a SMALL cabin! Only 500 square feet! For added excitement, "The Adventure Shed" awaits guests at a nearby location. This unique storage unit houses various items exclusively available to Little Yellow Cottage guests, such as kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, a cooler, balls, a gas grill, fishing equipment, and winter adventure gear. The storage facility also provides parking for a vehicle, allowing direct access to Peninsula State Park or downtown Fish Creek by bike. The cottage features a fenced-in, shared, heated in-ground swimming pool, open from June 10th to September 5th. Guests are advised to supervise children, adhere to pool hours, and follow guidelines such as avoiding glass and food in the pool area. The pool is cleaned and sanitized twice daily for hygiene and safety. Outdoor relaxation is made possible with a firepit and patio chairs. While firewood is not provided, guests can enjoy small fires using the village-owned woods adjacent to the property. A propane grill is also available for use, with local gas stations providing propane filling or exchange services. Pet fee is $35/day per dog. PET POLICY: Dogs can be allowed with prior approval by management and at $35 a day per dog. Dogs must be approved. 5. After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your $500 security deposit through our management system, OwnerRez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled one days before check-in and auto-released 3 days after check-out. This is collected outside of Airbnb and is allowed, as we are API integrated. 6. No refunds of any kind will be issued due to things outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding. 7. The WIFI with Door County Broadband has been very fast and reliable. However, we are in the country so spottiness can occur. 8. Absolutely no unauthorized guests or going over the occupancy limits. Sorry, no exceptions. 9. We attempt to ensure every effort is made to assure the accuracy of this ad, however, errors may occur. We will do our best to keep all information current and accurate. Sometimes things outside the homeowners control may happen and if they do the homeowner will attempt to resolve them, but is not liable.
