Adorable 1-bedroom guesthouse on the river

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish woodland space. Just 7 miles off 1-16 on the Oconee River. Dublin is 15 min. away. Carl Vinson VA Hospital and Fairview Park Hospital 20 min. away. Southern Pines 12 min. Extra large bedroom with queen bed and loft. Can accommodate at least 4 people. Full kitchen with bar. Amenities include internet, cable, VCR. Air and heat. All linens, dishes, and cookware provided. Apartment located above separate garage. Community boat ramp available. The space The guesthouse is built in cottage style with a mixture of traditional and contemporary furnishings and decor. It has a large bedroom, foyer, bathroom with shower, great room, and small deck overlooking the forest/river. All cathedral/beamed ceilings except in the bathroom. The bedroom features a small loft with bedding for children to snuggle or sleep in comfort. Private parking and a private patio with fire pit and fire pit grill (wood or charcoal) were recently added. Comfortable Adirondack chairs and a picnic table are set u for guests at rivers edge. Guest access Guest have access to the entire 2nd story guesthouse. They are welcome to use other areas of the property. The host home and guest house is located in a wooded area next to the Oconee River. Guests are invited to walk forest trails on the property. As guests, they also are welcomed to use of the river and community boat ramp. Other things to note Typically we decorate the property in seasonal yard and interior decor. We also provide wood, grilling equipment and charcoal for the fire pit upon request.
