All linens, dishes, and cookware provided. Apartment located above separate garage. Community boat ramp available. The guesthouse is built in cottage style with a mixture of traditional and contemporary furnishings and decor. It has a large bedroom, foyer, bathroom with shower, great room, and small deck overlooking the forest/river. All cathedral/beamed ceilings except in the bathroom. Private parking and a private patio with fire pit and fire pit grill (wood or charcoal) were recently added. Guest have access to the entire 2nd story guesthouse. They are welcome to use other areas of the property. The host home and guest house is located in a wooded area next to the Oconee River. Guests are invited to walk forest trails on the property. As guests, they also are welcomed to use of the river and community boat ramp. My wife and I will typically be in residence throughout guests’ stay. We have tried to provide all essential amenities in the guesthouse, but if they need additional supplies or help, just speak to one of us personally or text/call. We love to visit with guests, but will always respect their privacy. Quiet wooded residential area on the Oconee river. All underground utilities which enhances the woodland ambiance of the community. All transportation on your own. Plenty of natural areas for walking and observing wildlife such as deer, turkey, raccoons, possums. Paved streets for running or walking. Typically we decorate the property in seasonal yard and interior decor.
