Upstairs is large open area for 3rd bed/game room with full bath. The space This is where you come to when you want to get away from it all!!!! Take time to RELAX, grab a kayak, explore the area, or kayak fishing, haven't done it, now's your chance, we have 4 kayaks.* The kid friendly manicured backyard is fully fenced and has 2 locked gates to help keep young kids away from the water. Its easy to watch kids having fun outside, at the same time grownups can still relax while keeping an eye on the young ones. Sip your coffee while listening to the lull of rain on the metal roof of the over sized back porch. Or during the quiet early mornings, while watching the many wild life right there in the back yard, including a bald eagle that frequently flies by and is easily spotted without even using a binocular. Have you seen an Arkansas mink? Watch for them, they like to swim around the dock areas and run along the banks. We are located directly across the National Forest, so its relaxing to have a view of nature. Mixing modern architecture and vintage furnishings makes this a unique family friendly retreat. An open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen makes for easy entertaining. Downstairs includes a master suite with lake views and a guest bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a large open area with lake views that can be used as 3rd bedroom or game room with a full size bathroom. There are 3 TVs, with Direct TV, and free WIFI. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire home, except for a small storage closet used by homeowners. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.
