Located in downtown Beulah and just one block from Crystal Lake and 5-6 blocks to it's public beach. A short walk to the downtown area with a brewery and several great restaurants. There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes and skiing just 15-20 minutes away. It is just a short drive over to Frankfort and its beaches. It is also a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and the Platte river and it's float trips. The space Approx. 750 feet of living space with a completely new and fully stocked kitchen. Brand new bathroom/shower. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a queen sleeper and an additional family room with a sectional Lovesac couch and work station. There is also a small sitting area with a bar top table and spiral staircase that leads to a small upstairs area that has a queen sleeper, half bath and outdoor deck. The place can sleep up to 8 with upstairs sleeper couch and 1/2 bath just added and now has a private TREX deck with gas grill, fire pit and optional hot tub (extra fee). The private backyard is fenced and very secluded, looking out over the wetlands and a small creek.. Upstairs has its own private deck that can hold 2-people and looks out over the wetlands. The building shares a wall with a small medical office that is currently open Monday and Thursday mornings, but is very private and the entrances are well separated. There is an ice cream place and food trucks right next door and a laundry right across the street. It is a one block walk to Crystal Lake and 5-6 block walk to the downtown area and public beach.
