Other things to note ⇨ You're renting directly from us, the owners, who are local Superhosts in the Riviera Maya. We take pride in our condo and appreciate your respect towards it. While we are not a hotel with 24/7 on-site assistance, we strive to address emergencies ASAP. ⇨ We provide a set of linens and towels with your stay. If you need fresh linens or towels, there is a laundromat service within the Tuk Tulum complex on the lower level of the tower next door. ⇨ We'd love to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but due to potential same-day bookings, we can't guarantee this. To ensure extra time, consider booking an additional night. ⇨ Our condo is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential community, perfect for those seeking tranquility. There are strict rules about noise disturbances in the community. At the same time, while we cannot control the behavior of other tenants, we ask that you report any disturbances promptly to us so that we can notify the building administration to take action. ⇨ Overall beach access can be a bit tricky in Mexico due to private developments. However, we can recommend some fantastic beach clubs and public beaches nearby. They offer a perfect blend of relaxation and the Caribbean Sea's charm. ⇨ While public transport might not be very reliable, exploring Tulum and beyond is a breeze with a rental car. For local trips, renting bikes or scooters is the best option. ⇨ Understand that Tulum's services such as electricity and internet may not be as reliable as other areas. We do our best, but please bear with us that there may be occasional downtimes, especially in periods of heavy rain or storms. When electricity is down water supply is also down. ⇨ We welcome families with infants and toddlers. However, please note our condo isn't child-proof. ⇨ Embrace the tropical environment! Mosquitoes and small wildlife are part of the local ecosystem, especially in warm, humid weather. We recommend using repellent when enjoying our outdoor areas. ⇨ Instead of traditional cable, our Smart TV connects to the internet for streaming your favorite shows on your accounts. Please remember to log out before departure to keep your accounts secure. ⇨ For stays over 30 days, we kindly ask our guests to cover the cost of electricity used during their stay, based on the actual bill.
