Sometimes all you need is a base from which to explore and a safe place for the doggo to sleep. Enter ‘Studio Kelp’, the perfect place to rest after a long day at the wineries, beach, or surfing! Studio Kelp is perfect for singles or couples. A great jumping off point to the best of the Bellarine. Walk to the dog beach or along the Point Lonsdale foreshore to cafes and shops or catch a wave at Lonnie Back Beach. Completely private, self-contained, and pet-friendly. EV charging available. The space Studio Kelp is a one-room self-contained apartment. Whilst attached to our larger home it is completely private, with private entrance, dedicated undercover carport with parking for one car, and a small, fenced lawn area where your dog can toilet safely that is not shared with other dogs. The studio is 100% pet-friendly – in fact, we welcome your dog with open arms! Just let us know who to expect when you book, clean up after them inside and out and keep them off the couch :) The yard is small and private as it is fenced off from our larger backyard, however if you have a big doggo that would prefer some more room to move, just let us know and we can provide the larger, secure space beyond your back gate. Amenities include a comfortable QS bed with a selection of pillows (linen and towels are included), an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a kitchenette with small fridge, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All the kitchenware you may need is included. Please note, there is no microwave or freezer in the studio, however if you would like access to either, please let us know - we can provide one or both in the studio for the duration of your stay. There is also a lounge area with wall-mounted 55inch XL Smart TV (watch from the couch or swivel to watch in bed), plus a cosy breakfast table and an east-facing outdoor deck from which to enjoy your morning coffee. Extras include access to our fast wi-fi, Netflix and Disney Plus. For EVs, there is an accessible power point in the carport which you can use to charge the car overnight. Please note, Studio Kelp is a one-room studio apartment. Guest access No need to meet the host - details on how to access the keys will be provided post-booking. Other things to note Our property is pet-friendly, with a small, secure yard and a really great dog beach nearby. Pets are allowed inside, but please keep them off the furniture and it is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after the pet. Failure to do this may result in an increased cleaning fee. EV charging is available via a standard power point in the carport. You are welcome to use this to charge your car. There is no additional fee for this service.
