Pop over to Big Shots Golf and Mid-Town Park, walk to the Stella Lake for sunset, or just stay in and enjoy panoramic tree views, a spacious, stunning living area, a back deck with a fire pit, and all the room and comfort you could imagine. The space Our home is an aesthetically and architecturally unique, mid-century-modern two-story home located on a half-acre of land, and surrounded on all sides by trees. We're at the end of a secluded private cul-de-sac (only 5 homes on the whole street) and backed up to a creek, filled with bamboo, post oaks, and yaupon--that provide you with full privacy. The result is a forested feel that transports you far from the savannah of central Texas, and deep into a lush, forest oasis. Inside you'll find a modern and recently renovated space, with hardwood floors throughout, and all the newest appliances and furnishings-- including a confection oven, Nespresso coffee maker, drawer microwave, adjustable remote lamp, and beautiful low lighting featured throughout the space for the perfect evening ambiance. Lounge on our ten-seater couch in the massive, raised-ceiling living room before a 70" smart TV, or go sit outside on the spacious deck under the string lights and listen for birds in the woods over your morning coffee. Our outdoor spaces offer multiple seating options and activities for you and your guests. A 6 seater custom outdoor dining table and buffet, a gas powered stone fire pit with lounge seats, a couch lounge space with coffee table, and a fully fenced in side yard surrounded by trees. We have hammocks, corn hole and other yard games, and a propane powered grill available for your use. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and two full baths. All of the guest rooms have brand new mattresses, and the vaulted master bedroom features a memory foam California king that feels like sleeping on a cloud. Look out any given window of this house for stunning views of the lush, green canopy of the surrounding trees. We stock our home with everything you'll need, including but not limited to: Nespresso pods, coffee creamer, milk, and some of our local favorites (like a light breakfast from Zeitman's, one of our favorite bakeries in downtown Bryan!), cooking essentials, and a few special treats. Our LOCATION, meanwhile, is reason enough to stay here. We are less than a mile from Stella Lake Walk and Mid-Town Park (which hosts Big Shots Golf), and just a few short miles from Kyle Field / TAMU Campus and downtown Bryan. We're also close to Easterwood airport, and a short drive from the TAMU RELLIS Campus. You really couldn't ask for a better balance between location and seclusion. Guest access Self check-in, full private access to entire property and home. Other things to note THIS IS A LIVED IN HOME. You will have the whole place to yourself. We will be off-premise, but still in town if you need anything durning your stay. We love to share our house, but we do ask that you keep in mind that we cherish every inch of it, and we hope you will treat it with respect.
