Modern room w/ensuite bathroom & balcony in D3!

The room's on its own floor, and you can lock it, and the bathroom is also on the same floor and all yours. If you want recommendations ranging from the family-friendly to out-until-5am-friendly, I can definitely steer you in the right direction. My place is close to the best undiscovered Banh Mi stand in the city, Starbucks (which is an unofficial city center), and lots of great food, street food and otherwise. You're about five minutes from D1 and all the places there. The space There are five floors: one ground floor, three bedroom floors (each bedroom + bathroom is on its own flooor), and one top floor that has a washing machine and a balcony. It's all pretty new and clean. Guest access You can access your room (duh), the kitchen/living room on the ground floor, and the washing machine area (top floor), and the balcony. You probably shouldn't go into bedrooms that aren't yours, but if you really want to come check out my room at the top...? During your stay I've been living in Saigon for over a year, and can recommend lots of things for you to do, and lots of food for you to eat. Other things to note I will buy you a fantastic sandwich (Banh Mi) from the stall just outside my house. You will love it.
