Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place located 5 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from the beaches and tourist areas, 10-12 minutes from San Juan (driving distance). Feel at home at this newly renovated apartment. Host is very accessible and can give you suggestions of the best spots in town so you can make it a once in a lifetime experience! The space Is a comfortable apartment with 2 futons that can be used for sleeping arrangement, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchenette equipped with plates, cups, utensils, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (there is a stove top but is not accesible for guests to use). The apartment is equipped with 3 a/c units (inverters)one in each room. There is a tankless water heater located in the shower. Guest access Guests are welcomed to enjoy the inside of the apartment and all areas shown in the pictures. Other things to note Puerto Rico's power system suffered after María, and even though we have not have any power outages recently, I want to make note of that since it is a possibility that we have no control of. The apartment has an excellent location but car, public transportation or Uber will be needed for getting around. Futons convert into bed for extra sleeping arrangements ( guest allowed are 1-4 ). Water heater is located in the shower head ( please allow 1-2 min for water to warm). Also, please note, this booking has a strict cancellation policy, please read information before booking. Airbnb offers an additional insurance which is suggested in case of flight cancellations or disruptions, I highly suggest taking this option, otherwise, the strict cancellation policy will apply since the place is reserved for you and ready for your prior to your check in.
