The space ✨ The Merlot tiny house has a shed style roof line which makes for a great vaulted ceiling on the interior. With its wrap around deck on two sides it gives you ample outdoor living space to call your own or enjoy the fireplace and games in the common area. Catch the sunset with a glass of wine or sip away into the evening gazing at the many outdoor lighting features at Tiny Digs. With the two wine barrels halves out front growing grape vines, you get the feeling that you could be at a winery. The vaulted ceiling shows off the architecturally accented tiles above the room with a chandelier constructed from the metal rings of wine barrels. Over the sink is another custom light fixture made from recycled wine bottles. The room is bright and cheery with all the white accents and many windows. Other things to note ▪️ PLEASE NOTE: Guest must e-sign Rental Agreement and provide photo of ID. Security deposit required: $200 hold (not charge). ▪️ Tiny homes have tiny hot water heaters. Because the tank is tiny, it generally provides about 15 minutes of hot water and then it will take about 15 minutes (with water off) to reheat another full tank ▪️ With a tiny home, you have a tiny circuit breaker. Please do not use multiple heating element appliances in the outlets in the kitchen area at the same time as well as using the space heater and hair dryer at the same time. This can cause one or more circuit breakers to trip, and you will lose power. ▪️ We do not have on-site parking. However, there is ample parking available in the area.
