Get cozy at the Villa! We have options to accommodate all guests, especially small children. The space can be arranged for one to six guests, especially if 1-3 are young children. If you have more people in your group, we have sleeping bags we can offer as well. The main sleeping areas are the king sized Original Purple bed, the couch, and a queen-sized air mattress. BEST ROMAN SOAKING TUB EVER! Comfortably fits two adults, even if they’re both over 6’ tall! The Villa is a detached building from our house, and you won’t have to worry about any sounds or light traveling or being a bother - at least with the windows closed. The area includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living space with a kitchenette. The back patio is mostly private, and includes a few fun amenities - including a fireplace, outdoor dining area. You’ll have the entire detached guesthouse to yourself. We’ve even separated the yard so you have your very own patio and outdoor grass and garden area to enjoy. When it’s harvest time, we’ll leave some notes about which plants you are free to enjoy as well. You’ll have access to our PlayStation 4. It serves as the DVD player as well as gaming console. On it, we provide access to the streaming services we have subscriptions to. We are happy to show any guests how to use it if they are unfamiliar. We have some children’s toys and baby accommodations available at your request, including: • 1 booster seat • 1 door frame bouncer • height-adjustable bassinet/play pen We’ll be available to help throughout your stay. Message us through the Airbnb app if you need anything. Family-friendly neighborhood located within a two minute drive to a local grocery store, the freeway entrance, and some cute local parks. We’re blessed to live in a neighborhood with lovely backyard creatures, including our chickens and ducks! Every once and awhile, you may hear some eggs being laid, and when available, we’re happy to share their bounty with you! We have pamphlets with more information in our Villa manual. Our property is a straight shot from the main road, and you’ll have parking on the right side of our driveway. DISCLAIMER: The space is still under renovation.
