This is a spacious private cottage & children love the wooden attic floor with ladder. However there is only one attached bathroom. The space We offer premium, private cottages nested inside areca estate, built with antique architecture using laterite stones, wood & mangalore roof tiles. The private cottage is spacious for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Each cottage has a dedicated WiFi access point with 100Mbps fiber based internet. We also have 42" smart TV that can double up as a monitor for your work. Guest access Each cottage has a private bedroom, private bathroom and private sit-out. We also have 6 acres of areca farm adjacent to the property. Other things to note We have a strict policy on checkin(2pm) and checkout(11am) timings specified. If you need early checkin please add previous night to the booking. If you need late checkout please add next night while booking. This ensures that you will always get your cottage access by the checkin time specified without any delays or waiting.
