Self-Contained Guest Studio Flat

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require. The space Spacious quiet studio flat, with a private entrance up a fight of stairs, loads of free parking right outside on our driveway, very secure with electric gates to access. Comfortable king sized bed, sofa and table/desk. Kitchen is well equipped, but if you need something in particular please do ask. Oven/microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, smart TV. Beautiful views over our private garden, but please do not access the garden without permission. (Do not access beyond the 5 bar gate). If you are lucky you will hear our resident Tawny Owls, and glimpse foxes, badgers and deer. It is around a 20/25 minute walk into town, either along the Portsmouth Road or along the river. But we are far enough away from all the traffic noise heading into Guildford, guests often comment how peaceful their stay is. All bedding and towels supplied. Please note charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. No charging allowed of e-bikes or electric scooters. No pets. No smoking or vaping. Please note the property is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs, therefore is not suitable if you have mobility issues. I can usually accommodate earlier check in, or late check out times, please just ask! Guest access Please do not access our private garden, beyond the 5 bar gate. Access is on the first floor up an external flight of stairs . Other things to note I can provide milk, tea and coffee. I can arrange breakfast items if you require something. There is a lovely pub nearby. (Old Ship Inn - closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
