King-Size Studio with Gated Parking & Garden Views

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our self-contained studio, a short drive from Guildford town centre. Relax in a king-size bed, with a well-equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, Smart TV and bathroom with power shower. Enjoy your own private entrance and free parking behind electric gates. Our garden borders the North Downs Way, making this a lovely base for walkers. Enjoy tranquil garden views and a 20–25 minute walk into Guildford. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. The space Our spacious, peaceful studio has its own private entrance, up a flight of stairs, with free driveway parking right outside. Access to the driveway is through secure electric gates. The studio has a comfortable king-size bed, sofa and table/desk, making it ideal for relaxing or working during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You'll also find a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All bedding and towels are provided. If there's anything else you need, please just ask. Enjoy beautiful views over our private garden. You may even hear our resident tawny owls or catch a glimpse of foxes, badgers or deer. Please note that the garden is private. Please do not enter the garden or go beyond the five-bar gate without our permission. We're around a 20–25 minute walk from Guildford town centre, either along Portsmouth Road or via the river. Although we're conveniently close to town, we're far enough away from the traffic to offer a wonderfully peaceful stay — something our guests often mention in their reviews. Free parking is available on our driveway. Please let me know in advance if you need space for more than one car, or if your vehicle is larger than a standard car. Please note that charging electric vehicles is not permitted. Charging e-bikes and electric scooters is also not permitted. No pets, smoking or vaping, please. The studio is on the first floor and accessed via a flight of stairs, so unfortunately it is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. I'm usually happy to accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out where possible. Please ask in advance and I'll do my best to help. Guest access Please do not access our private garden, beyond the 5 bar gate. Access is on the first floor up an external flight of stairs . Other things to note I can provide milk, tea and coffee. I can arrange breakfast items if you require something. There is a lovely pub nearby. (Old Ship Inn - closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
