Bayfront 2,000 sq ft guest home on the Eden Mansion Estate. The Mansion can also be rented in a separate listing. 20 min from the white sand beaches of Destin on a scenic bayside drive, just over the Mid-Bay Bridge. Bring your boat and launch just up the street at Choctaw Beach. Outside, you have your own parking area, perfect for 2 or 3 cars if needed. Sip coffee watching the dolphins jump, take in sunrises. Bring a boat! The space Take in the bay views from our lovely guest house, located on our 4-acre estate. Sunrises are absolutely incredible and are especially epic December through March! Sometimes you can see dolphins. Watch the boats go by in the warmer months. Electric fireplace for cozy winter couch snuggles, but we do have heat and central AC, of course. Sleeps 8 people in: 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed in each. All 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with a shower! Sofabed. The living room sofa is a sofabed. Nest thermostat, heat and AC. Wifi Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Roku with live TV options in the main living room. Features an enormous full kitchen and laundry room! PLEASE NOTE: Our saltwater pool is available for use ONLY if there are no guests in the main house. I will absolutely let you know if anyone will be staying in the main home and which days. The pool is located on the opposite side of the mansion, and the guest house is on the other side. We give the mansion guests priority as it's technically on the mansion's grounds. Guest access The Guest House has its own sitting area; you can also borrow our BBQ! You can access the driveway to enter the property, which is also shared with the main house. You cannot access the rest of the grounds or the swimming pool of the main home. You might startle, scare, or compromise the privacy of the main mansion guests. If they invite you over, that's a different story! Otherwise, we will let you know when guests are not in the main home so the pool can be used by guest house guests. Other things to note ONLY if there is no one at the main mansion during your stay, and I let you know this, can you use the swimming pool and wander all of the grounds, but this is a rare bonus and not something to be expected. Please don't do this without permission. Off season (Aug through April) you are more likely to have less overlap or no overlap with the main home renters).
